Jul - Aug: Furnished Room in Obergiesing, Munich WG

About this space

If you cannot stay for the whole duration during July 21 - August 21, a daily rate will be at €23 per day. We can discuss :) Our WG has 5 rooms in total. There are 3 males and 2 females. I would like to sublet my room while I am away for vacation. My room is a cozy small room with a huge window. We have one kitchen, and 2 shower rooms. My male flatmates do not usually cook, while I and my other female flatmate cook regularly. Therefore, do not worry about the kitchen being occupied because not most of us cook on a daily basis. I really like the location as it is peaceful and quiet. We have 2 main buses available which are 220 and 145. 220 takes you to U1 St. Quirin Platz. Additionally, it takes around 20 minutes to walk to Fasangarten S-Bahn. If you are interested in the place, we can discuss and connect for the viewing :) KVR is not possible.
