Enrollment Certificate (in an uni in Munich) needed! (The move-in date can be later, but the move-out date can not changed.) It's a two-floor OlyDorf bungalow with a balcony facing the east. Olympiazentrum U-Bahn and bus stop in 4 min walking distance. Olympiapark, cafes and grocery shopping very near. Furniture, except the small wall-mounted kitchen table, gray chair, bed, and writing desk, will be removed from the apartment, and sold. If interested, they can be sold directly to you. Smaller essential household items can be kept for you in the apartment. Wifi and router included.
